How does the billing cycle work?

Bulk Product Editor Pro is billed monthly through the BigCommerce App Marketplace. Your subscription renews automatically on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time from your BigCommerce dashboard, and you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period.

How does the 14-day free trial work?

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends. You can explore every feature and edit up to your plan's product limit during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you will never be billed. No credit card is required to start.

Can I upgrade my plan at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade from any plan to a higher plan at any time through your BigCommerce dashboard. The upgrade takes effect immediately and you will be billed the new rate on your next billing cycle, prorated for the remainder of the current period.

Can I downgrade to a lower plan?

Yes. You can downgrade at any time, but the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If your active product count exceeds the lower plan's limit at the time of downgrade, you will be prompted to archive products before the downgrade can complete.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are handled through BigCommerce's standard app refund policy. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the app, contact us at support@novastack.co and we will work to resolve it or issue a refund where applicable.

What happens if I cancel?

If you cancel, your app access will remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, the app will be uninstalled from your store. Your product data in BigCommerce is never affected — all your BigCommerce data remains intact. We only store a sync cache, which is deleted upon uninstall.

How is the product limit counted?

The product limit refers to the total number of products in your BigCommerce catalog, not how many you choose to edit. If your store has 600 products, you need at least the Starter plan (500+). Variants, custom fields, and images attached to a product do not count separately.
